The Cocalico School Board permits the use of facilities by resident students and community groups
within the guidelines established by the Administration.
School sponsored activities take precedence over other activities.
Fee schedules have been established to cover operating expenses and normal “wear and tear” when facilities are used.
Fee(s) charged, if any, will be determined by the nature of the organization as profit or nonprofit.
A schedule of charges will be provided to the organization requesting the use of the facilities.
The following application and instructions can be downloaded and printed. Completed requests should be
sent to the Cocalico School District business office for approval at 800 South Fourth Street, PO Box 800, Denver, PA 17517.
Any questions regarding the use of district facilities or the fees for a particular facility or type of event can be forwarded
to the business office at 717-336-1413.
